State Pay Information

State pay residents receive services from Washington State under Medicaid or DSHS. Each resident has an assigned Social Worker or Case Manager who in turn contacts the Registered Nurse Delegator and starts payment through the ProviderOne (IPOne).

Please contact your assigned Social Worker or Case Manager and inform them of the nurse delegator’s name and phone number.  Or fill out our contact form so the nurse delegator can contact your assigned Social Worker or Case Manager.
